Luxuriant glossy green leaves divided fanwise into three to seven oval, 3-5 inch long leaflets.

Crop of 3-4 inch round, pale green to yellow fruits.

Flavor is similar to peach but more bland, like banana but sweeter, like ripe pear in rich syrup. Consistency of custard. Fruit ripens August through November. Mature tree may produce several hundred pounds of fruit.

Cleanup becomes a chore, so plant where dropping fruit can be raked up.

Needs consistent feeding.
